Model the round before you sign it
Price a round, set the preferred terms, and see who owns what afterwards — including what everybody actually takes home at an exit.
Price the round on the register
Set pre-money, new money, and the pool top-up, and read dilution per stakeholder before anything is issued. The SAFEs and notes on the register convert inside the same model.
Preferred terms, stated
Liquidation preference, seniority, participation, and the participation cap are fields on the security. The preference stack reads back in order, and flags a class whose terms are incomplete.
The exit waterfall
Enter an exit value and see the payout in seniority order, participation included. When the proceeds do not cover the stack, the shortfall is split pro-rata rather than hidden.

Does modelling a round change my cap table?
No. A model is read-only until you issue the securities it describes. Nothing is written to the register until you say so.
