Every plan is priced per company. A downgrade deletes nothing. Enterprise is priced by program: contact us.
FAQ
Each company carries its own plan, and the price covers every person you invite to it. Add co-founders, a lawyer, a CFO and investors at no extra charge.
Every holder record on your cap table counts once: a founder, an employee, an advisor, an investor or a company. A person with five holdings counts once. A record you have added but not yet issued to also counts. People you invite to BildrX, such as co-founders, lawyers and accountants, are not stakeholders. Free holds up to 30. Pro has no limit.
A document counts once, when you send it. Free includes 10 a month and Pro 100 a month, counted in calendar months (UTC). The count resets on the 1st, and unused documents do not roll over. A document you cancel, or that is declined or expires, is released and does not count. Documents the cap table sends itself never count: issued securities, SAFEs, convertible notes, warrants, grants and share certificates. When a month is full, a document already out for signature still completes.
No. Free never expires and has no raise ceiling. Your cap table, data room and signed documents stay yours.
Pro starts with a 14-day trial, once per company. You add a card at checkout and pay nothing for 14 days. When the trial ends, the card is charged and Pro continues. An Owner can cancel before then in Manage billing, and the company moves to Free when the trial ends. If the first charge fails, the company moves to Free at once. Only an Owner can start, change or cancel the plan.
Nothing is deleted. Your records, awards, documents and signed files stay, and awards keep vesting. You cannot add more past a Free limit until you upgrade or get back under it. Pro-only controls lock. Share links made on Pro stop working except the newest one, which ends 14 days after the downgrade. Upgrade again and Pro comes back.
$499 in one payment, against $588 if you pay $49 each month. That saves $89.
500 MB on Free and 20 GB on Pro, shared by the data room and the legal room. A file that sits in both counts once. The largest file is 25 MB on every plan. The data room holds 25 documents on Free and 200 on Pro.
