Your cap table is the crown jewels. We treat it that way.

Encryption
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest on our managed infrastructure.
Authentication
Accounts support email-based two-factor authentication, verified email on signup, and hardened password reset flows.
Access control
Workspace access is role-scoped. Data room access is granted per person and revocable at any time, and document access follows the permissions of the records it belongs to.
Audit trails
E-signature envelopes record who signed, when, and from where. Register changes trace to the documents and approvals behind them.
Infrastructure
BildrX runs on established managed cloud providers rather than self-operated servers, inheriting their physical and network security controls.
Payments
Card details never touch BildrX servers; billing is processed by Stripe.
Certifications
BildrX does not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. We say so because a security page that implies otherwise is itself a security signal. Formal audits are planned as the company grows; ask us where that stands via the contact page.
