Free: 25 documents, 500 MB of company storage and 1 active share link with a 14-day expiry. Pro: 200 documents, 20 GB, up to 25 links at once, one per investor, expiry up to 90 days, and opens per link with the time of each. A link made for a named investor is a Pro feature. Free shows "Powered by BildrX" on the viewer.

Qapita includes a data room on Spark, its free plan, with the cap table, equity plan management and funding round modelling.
