What we believe
Equity records should be computed, not maintained. Every number on a cap table should trace to a signed document, every document to an approval, and none of it should live in a spreadsheet whose accuracy depends on who edited it last.
And the software that does this should be affordable at the exact stage when mistakes are cheapest to prevent, which is why the core of BildrX is free for early-stage founders and priced per company after that.
Where we work
We build for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC first, with US and UK support for the cross-border rounds this region actually raises. The product ships in English today; Arabic is on the roadmap.
