The service
BildrX provides software for managing equity records, fundraising workflows, documents, and electronic signatures. We provide software, not legal, financial, or tax advice; templates are starting points, not counsel.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep and for safeguarding access to your account. Keep two-factor authentication on.
Plans and billing
Free means free. Paid plans bill per company, monthly or annually, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid period. [TODO: refund policy wording]
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempting to breach the security of the service or other tenants, no reselling without an agreement.
