The filing deadlines your equity just created
Restricted stock and option grants come with dates attached. BildrX works them out from the records you already hold, and shows the arithmetic.
Deadlines derived, not typed
An 83(b) window is counted from the grant it belongs to, and a 409A from the valuation it follows. Each deadline shows the record and the rule it came from.
Written consents in one log
Decisions the board took outside a meeting are recorded against the documents that authorised them, so the paper trail does not stop at the resolutions.
Overdue is worked out today
The list is computed against the current date on every read, never stored. A deadline cannot go stale because nobody opened the page.

Is this legal or tax advice?
No. It is a reminder system. BildrX computes dates from your own records and states the rule it used; whether and how you file is between you and your advisers.
