Why we built this
Founders in the UAE, KSA, and the wider GCC have been running rounds on tools built for Delaware. The documents assume the wrong jurisdiction, the pricing assumes a Series B budget, and the fundraise itself, the pipeline, the data room, the signatures, happens in five disconnected products.
BildrX puts the whole raise in one place: a cap table that updates when instruments are signed, an investor CRM built for rounds, a data room with per-investor access, in-platform e-sign, and legal templates drafted for the region alongside US and UK standards.
Free where it matters
The free tier is not a trial. Cap table, SAFEs, data room, e-sign, and CRM are free for early-stage companies, because the stage where equity mistakes are made is exactly the stage where nobody has budget for software.
